Our belongings were picked up 3 weeks ago and no one will give us an eta! We were lied to about delivery because we call every day for an update. We’ve been hung up on, put on hold with no delivery info available. The “professional,trained movers” that we were promised was not true. We ended up in the truck packing it because heavy boxes were on top of fragile. The movers spoke no English and used a translator on their phones to communicate. This has been a nightmare! We want our stuff! And, they made us pay extra to take everything after the truck was almost packed because they said we had more boxes than estimated. The number of boxes was not the issue. They said we were taking more space than estimated. We have pictures to prove it all! The phone number that our salesman “Chris” gave us is no longer a working number. We have no idea if we will see our stuff. We will take this company to court if we do not get our belongings, undamaged. We already put a review on the Better Business Bureau and it’s been taken down! Run from this company!!!!

I am not convinced vantage is even a moving company. I received my items 7 weeks after pick up. Drivers did not show up on scheduled pick up or delivery dates. Multiple smashed boxes, mattress appears to have been run over by a truck. Customer service is non existent, they do not return calls and in my case did not tell the truth regarding delivery dates. I have moved several times and never had an experience anywhere close to this. I did not go for low bidder - honestly thought they were all about the same until I met Vantage. DO NOT use the company

We paid a deposit back in January to move us on 2/15. We’ve called for a week and have gotten no where until today. We finally spoke with Jared and he is extremely rude and unprofessional. When my husband began taking things off of the inventory because of their screw up, Jared said we weren’t going to nickel and dime this and hung up on my husband. We have Jared disrespectful messages in text. We asked to speak to his supervisor and he said it was the owner and the owner doesn’t care what we have to say. Also in a text message. Stay away from this company. Unprofessional and want to steal your money.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3600

I trusted Vantage Home Movers. they were kind and available. but then, they arranged for my move to happen with A&L Moving and Storage out of Sacramento CA. 2 big problems: 1- Vantage never removed the "miter saw" from my inventory list - thus i was charged for this heavy item (which i do/did not own.; and, worse: 2- A&L Movers were disrespectful to me, and deceitful, and charged me over $3000.00 more than the amount Vantage said would be the maximum i would be charged. and they lost 1 box and left behind several other possessions. many broken and damaged items arrived at my new home: including 6 glassware items; 1 mirror; all of my wicker furniture - which up to that point has been in perfect condition - now there are gouges out of it, scraped paint and breaks everywhere - which would cost dearly to fix; my wooden furniture also damaged with breaks and gauges and scrapes, etc.; they did not appear to have used moving blankets, except for one dilapidated blanket that was ripped and losing its padding - particles of which were all over my meditation chair and took an hour of scrubbing to remove at least partially; their truck was filthy - they dragged the box spring mattress across the floor rendering it filthy and unuseable. also, no attention was paid to signs on the boxes such as "THIS SIDE UP" - in fact from the looks of the new and sturdy boxes i used, it was as though they just tossed them in the truck helter-skelter. then, they lied - told me what ever they disassemble they would assemble in my new home, and at my new home they then said NO, that they did NOT promise to do that. other lies - they were supposed to call me 24 to 48 hours before they came to pick up my household belongings. they did NOT call, but told me they had called - but my phone has no record of this, and thus i was not ready when they showed up. then they applied manipulative/coercive "bait-and-switch" measures, telling me if i did not move today it would take 21 days for my goods to reach their destination. so they returned at 9:30 p.m. and worked til 1:30 a.m. ,leaving items behind. and i never knew quite when my possessions would arrive at me new home, so my new home was not ready when they did arrived. another fiasco, and instead of a daytime move they arrived in the evening. Their saying they did NOT say what they did tell me, and insisting that they said what they in fact did NOT tell me was disingenuous.

since i was charged over $3000.00 more that what i was told i would be charged (which was in line with the 2 other quotes i had gotten - of between $6000.00 and $7000.00), i feel that the over $10,000.00 i paid was extortion, a rip-off/scam, their taking advantage of a 74 year old disabled woman. i feel remuneration is necessary, just to enable me to repair the damage they did and replace the missing items.

when i had trusted Vantage to secure me reliable, trustworthy and careful movers, instead i received a nightmare and a setback that rendered a senior on a fixed income with minimum resources for living expenditures.

i am still waiting to hear back from Vantage Home Movers.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $10030

I called several moving companies including Vantage. I spoke with a very friendly and helpful person with a quote moving from Florida to Arizona. He told me he could give me a discount for being a senior and gave me some other discounts for packing my art, mirrors and TVs. The quote came out to be approximately $4600 based on an inventory of my items. I thought that was in my price range and decided to hire Vantage. I WAS NOT AWARE VANTAGE WAS A MOVING BROKER.

I was told in the conversation that I would receive a call 3-4 days prior to my pick up date which was July 12th, 2025.

I did receive the call from someone named Tyler that went over all the inventory and to my shock he said my original quote was too low and gave me a new quote based on his inventory list which was approximately $2500 more than the original quote. How could that be? Maybe a little off but 35% higher. Now I was stuck and had to agree to the new price because they had a deposit and demanded an extra deposit with payment due in full at pick up. I am a senior with disabilities living on a fixed income. How could I find a new company just 4 days before leaving. I felt that the company had absolutely scammed me. I needed more materials and more truck space. I still was not aware that a completely different company was picking up my furniture.

July 12th came and a different company showed up at my door and told me they were moving me and had to charge me extra for more moving and packing materials. I called Vantage and left messages about this and there was no one to speak with. I asked for a call back which I did not get. Again I had to agree to the new price to get my furniture loaded and moved by a separate company that told me I would be dealing with them directly now.

I AM TELLING YOU DO NOT USE VANTAGE MOVING AND STORAGE BASED OUT OF BOYTON BEACH, FLORIDA. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DO NOT DISCLOSE ANYTHING. THEY GOT THEIR FEE AND NOW I CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM. NO CALL BACKS, NO EXPLANATIONS.

I now into this move from my first quote of $4500 to over $8000.

Do your homework and make sure you read the fine print. They really get you 4 days before your move. What a terrible and expensive experience. I still don't have my furniture and VANTAGE is done on their part. Please when moving find an honest moving company and not VANTAGE.

Rated one star only because there’s not a zero star rating. Based on my experience with them, a negative would have been much better. They lowballed me just to get the order and then stuck it to me on the back end. They are a broker and they weren’t transparent at all. Then when the mover. Showed up he charged me extra because they listed beds but no mattresses. Mover showed me exactly what they did and the workorder showed bed frame only so the mover wasn’t trying to pull one over on me.

Up to you reading this , whether you use them or not but beware of a bathing switch tactic. That’s what my experience was like.

If I can steer a few people away from using them, I will feel better about saving folks the grief I went through.

In fact, now, they won’t even return my call. They got their deposit and they moved on.

Joke of a moving company. The only pleasant part of my experience was the first phone call, but the person that schedules me does not seem to understand the rest of their system.

I booked 5 months out, and was told by the man that helped schedule my move that this would help with my move going smoothly. 1st I was told window the day before my move for the movers coming. they never came and when I called they said they would be late. The woman I spoke to was rude and disrespectful saying “it’s what I signed up for” as my pick up window was 2 days. If this is the case please don’t tell a customer a 2 hour window and waste my time

I waited another hour to then be told they weren’t coming. They came the next day and move out went smoothly. Then 2 weeks later as my move-in day came closer I’d heard nothing (was a long distance move). I called emailed and texted to see if we had an update of my stuff. they said in my contract they have 30 days and I won’t hear anything until then. On the day of my first available date, they told me my things were SHIPPED THAT DAY. If a company cares anything at all about their customer service, and estimate would be common courtesy. When we called to see if there was more information they said “everyone misunderstands their contract”. if EVERYONE MISUNDERSTANDS, it is likely a problem with the people who wrote the contract or the people who explain it to their customers. I guess since they are movers, they don’t expect return costumers but it’s like they didn’t care about customer service and satisfaction at all. It took 9 days for my stuff to get here. I had to buy an air mattress and other things to live in my new place with no end in sight for days. Complete waste of money, stress, and time

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3800

If I could give them no stars, I would. This company is unethical in every possible way. They lie and quote you a great price where they tell you there are no hidden fees. They will misquote your move which will cost you an additional, astronomical amount on site, and it will take at least 2 months to get your stuff…IF you’re lucky. If you’re one of God’s favorites, your belongings will all actually arrive and will arrive undamaged. Don’t hold your breath, though. Their customer service couldn’t possibly care any less about you or your move. They will blame their contracted carriers for everything, while the contracted carriers will blame them for everything. There is no accountability for anything. Renting a truck and driving it yourself will save you time, money, and will ensure your belongings aren’t stolen or damaged.

Vantage is only a broker just so you know they contracted this to Best movers when the guys got here they're trying to charge me $400 more than what was agreed upon on my initial contract $180 for just packing material then they tried to extend the cubic footage to 400 then tell me it was 380 where my contract said $338 where it didn't have anything on the contract about any kind of packing materials whatever I finally negotiated and got the original price so don't go for any contractors of charging you like they tried to do to me now I'm still here in Pennsylvania I wasn't aware that the delivery date was 1 to 14 days have not heard from them since from Best movers I'm not happy with the level of service from both companies at this time I wouldn't have them again or advise anybody to get them I'm waiting now to see what kind of financial cruelty they'll try to pull on me on the back end

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $900000

Hired Vantage Movers to act as a broker for 2 close in time moves. 1 from Vegas to Florida and the other from NC to FL. On both moves they provided an estimate that sounded good, but then grew substantially a week before the move and grew even more when they picked up the furniture. On the NV to FL move: Charged for boxes they did not use; got into a verbal argument about the size of a box claiming it as >5.0 cubic feet when the measurements calculated to less than 4 cubic feet. All to add to the cost. Specially arranged pick up so the furniture would arrive on N03 Jul. I was very clear in when the furniture needed to be here. It may be here by the end of the month. Customer Service did nothing to help.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $14000

I hired Vantage Movers for a cross-country move. When I spoke to an agent on the phone, he told that his company was not like other moving companies in that they do not add additional fees after the moving costs have been agreed upon. This turned out not to be the case. At the last minute -- days before delivery -- Vantage informed me that I was required to pay an additional $400 because the moving truck my belongings had traveled in could not reach my new residential address. Regardless of the merits of this, this is obviously something the company should have flagged to me beforehand. They knew what address I was moving to from the beginning. I can only assume that they did not do that because they did not want to disclose the additional fee.

Vantage Movers LLC was SIMPLY THE BEST. Everything from getting a free quote with Talya, to confirming all of the steps for my move with Autumn, to picking up boxes and packing supplies with Isaac, to moving with Omar and Milton - everything was smooth and efficient and all staff were kind, great communicators, and helped ensure I had the most pleasant experience. Vantage Movers LLC has the best pricing in the area for local moving and storage (and I had quoted three other places and their pricing didn't come close to Vantage Movers). Everything was amazing, there were no hidden fees or surprises the day of my move and I felt taken care of, along with all my belongings, every step of the way. Next time I need moving, I'm calling them directly! 100% recommend!!!

I was promised a specific delivery date if I could remain flexible on the pick-up date. After the contracts were signed and the goods were picked up) I was told that "delivery dates aren't guaranteed" and that delivery was "out of their hands" since the motor carrier had possession of our goods. Additionally, the price quoted went up by more than $1,000 based on alleged increase in cubic feet being moved when the original quote was based on a specific inventory of items to be moved (which was precisely what was moved) Items were damages during the move and when requested for assistance in filing a claim, my requests were ignored and eventually when I was able to speak to someone, I was told it was "not their problem" and I needed to "work it out" with the carrier. Awful experience.

Didn’t realize that this was a broker service. I hold you responsible for sending Best Movers our way. They bad mouthed you as a broker as they were adding an additional $1K to our bill because according to them you significantly underestimated the cubic feet, despite a very accurate description of the property to be moved. Add to the, Best sub contracts everything. Every contact resulted in demands for more money. They claimed they couldn’t complete our delivery in New York because the street was inaccessible. This was the same street provided at the time of engagement. This was a bad experience all around and I hold you responsible.

I contacted them and it’s been nothing but silence since making the deposit. I’ve called several times and asked for an update on the move, and 2 days later I get an email asking my if I need to add anything to the move. I asked the person if they had any details of when everything would happen and they said they didn’t know and that their only job is to find out if I need to add something to the move. “We only care about charging you more, not about having some semblance of customer service” is all

I heard. Go with someone who is interested in taking care of someone paying thousands of dollars for a move across the country.

This company is a bait and switch scam artist company. We called to have our car and some items moved... Then a few days before pickup they said they didn't have the car included on the quote we were given. They then said if we cancelled we wouldn't get our deposit back. We sat on the phone back and forth with the billing woman and she was rude and inconsiderate. They also said that the phone conversations were re-listened to and they admitted that they heard me talk about my car I needed to have shipped (Which was the main reason for my call). They said the next guy in line when we got a call didn't know anything about a car. Bait and switch BS... please NEVER use this company ever. A quick google search on my end would have done me wonders...

Saw there amazing reviews on the bbb, very low amount of complaints compared to others I was comparing quotes.. fair pricing, and easy to work with.

Jacob was my agent helping with the quote, rigos was my movers. They did everything I expected and it was as seamless as it could get.

Bought the guys lunch to help take a sleeper sofa to the dumpster too. It was not worth moving.

5 stars all around.
